If you add a new coat of urethane every 4-5 years, then you will never have refinishing problems. You only need to screen or sand a little the existent layer of urethane.

Oak hardwood flooring is one of the most common used because of it’s hardness, look and because it’s very affordable. You can also use maple wood, also very durable and nice looking. Be very careful when you choose from the sample. These are always the finest, so take a look at the rest of the pieces before you actually buy the floor.
