The first thing that you need to make sure it’s all right is the level of the floor. Because ceramic tiles are not flexible, you will need to make sure the floor is leveled. This may mean filling cracks and holes. After you have done this, start cleaning the concrete. You need to remove any traces of dust. You can also use a degreasing agent.
