Each landscape lighting kit has three main parts: a transformer (for converting household electricity), cables, and the lighting fixtures.

Before you install the kit, test the stems with a voltage meter. A bad voltage will cause problems and additional costs.

You can also install solar kits, but they provide light according to the received light during the daytime.

Choose the places where you will install the light fixtures with great care. Think if they will stop you from cutting the lawn or watering the plants.
