Air conditioner/heater vent

There is nothing more pleasant than to choose the right temperature in a hot summer day, or even in the winter. Air conditioner heaters have made this possible. To provide optima heat or air conditioning it’s good to know when to close and open the vent.

Here’s what you need to know.

Assessing the air outside

For example, if you want to use the air conditioner and the temperature outside is above 25 degrees Celsius and it’s very dry or very humid, then you shouldn’t open the vent. This will greatly affect the cooling process. The same thins applies to heating a room. If the temperature outside is very low, just keep the vent closed and the unit will work better.

Setting the air conditioner/heater

For setting up the air conditioner unit just follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer. Just keep in mind the temperature outside. Open or close the vent according to the it.

Assessing the air inside

Now see if the temperature inside the house changes or not. If it isn’t then maybe you should try opening the vent or closing it. Wait for about 10 minutes and then see if there are any changes.

Try different setting on the air conditioner. You can set the speed of the fan, the intensity and the temperature of course.

For refreshing the air inside you should open the vent for odors to be eliminated.
