Cleaning solution
There are many solutions that can be used for mildew removal.
Cleaning the surface
Use a sponge or a wash cloth to scrub the area. You can also use a plastic scrubbing brush. Remove the big parts of the mildew deposit before applying the solution and scrubbing the area.
Painting
If the paint surface was affected by the scrubbing, you should repaint the wall. First apply an anti-mildew primer or use a mildew resistant paint.
