Improving cheap rose bushes
If you have cheaper rose bushes around your house, it doesn’t mean the bushes must look cheap. Following some simple steps you can create a beautiful, pleasant scented atmosphere. Make your roses look lush in a few simple steps.
Tools and materials needed
- Nutrient-Rich Soil
- Sunlight
- Pruning Shears
- Fertilizer
Sunlight
To assure the rose will have a bold, beautiful color, it requires at least 6 hours of direct sunlight daily.
Fertilizer
Make sure to fertilize the soil of the rose bush. The nutrients will help the plant grow better and healthier. Turn the soil with a small garden trowel every once in a while.
Pruning
Prune any new sprouts in order to give the plant a fuller, more healthier look. Through pruning, the plant grows more resistant.
Trellis
You can grow the rose bush on a trellis. The rose will climb towards the sun, getting more air and sunlight and thus growing bigger, healthier, with bigger bulbs and bolder colors.
