- Hammer
- Nails
- Screwdriver
- Hinges
- Contact paper or laminate material (optional)
- Stain and lacquer
- Paint brushes
Cabinet design
The first thing that you will need to do is design the pantry cabinet. You will need to think about the size of the cabinet, the style, the way it will be organized, the opening space, the interior space, etc.
Cabinet structure
But in order to see how large the cabinet is, you will need to start assemble the pieces together. Attach the base of the cabinet to the side pieces. Use a level to make sure everything is perfectly aligned. Use sand paper to remove all the imperfections. Also attach the top of the cabinet to the side panels. This will make the structure sturdier.
Shelves
Now you will need to attach the shelves to the pantry. Fix the support pins for the shelves and then you can attach them. You can use a laminate coating for the shelves to protect them against stains.
Painting
After you have fixed all the components and have sanded all the imperfections, you will need to add a few coats of stain to the cabinet to make it look more stylish. After the paint or stain has dried, attach the door hinges and the doors.
