Landscape lighting

Landscape light bulbs give a nice feel to any house, and also to your garden. Your flowers will look perfect even in the night.

Outdoor lighting can also improve plant growth.

Although landscape lighting doesn’t provide much lighting, you can install some light fixtures near plants that do not require much light. Fluorescent bulbs will help keep your plants short and bushy.

Flowering plants needs a powerful light source, like a high-intensity discharge lamp or a halogen one. For flowers to bloom, you can install some high-pressure sodium lamps, that provide a red-spectrum light.

Carefully handle high-pressure lamps as they can blow up when dropped. The lights will need to be left 14 to 16 hours on, to help your plants. They will add a few dollars to your electricity bill, but at least you will have a wonderful garden and home.
